The quickest way to schedule an appointment is online by clicking here. The QR code on the letter you received will also direct you to the website to schedule an appointment. Our installation technicians work from Monday to Thursday. You will be prompted to schedule within a time slot of 9am–11am, 11am–1pm, 2pm–4pm, or 4pm–6pm.

Another way to schedule an appointment is by calling us at 513-851-8008, option 1. The phone call will last a couple of minutes, and the call center representative can answer any questions you may have. Their hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST.

The Installation Technician will be installing a new RF transmitter. If the Utility has instructed NECO to replace the meter, the Technician will remove your existing meter and install a new encoder-style meter along with the RF transmitter. Depending on the exact product being used, the RF transmitter may need to be mounted on an exterior wall with wire connecting the two devices.

Depending on the type of RF transmitter being used, the installation normally takes ½ to 1 hour.

Yes, if your meter is inside the premises. There must be an individual aged 18 or older present at the location. However, meters located outside in the yard can be installed without the homeowner or occupant being present.

NECO/AllDrive Installation Technicians must have the proper identification with them and on their vehicle. Your local Water Utility and Police Department have a list of Technicians along with the make and model of their vehicles. If you are unsure, please call them to verify the identification.
