We collect the minimum information needed to run this site and respond to you. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not profile visitors for ads.

Page views, visit counts, coarse region (derived from IP), browser/device.
No cross-site tracking; no third-party ad pixels.
Understand traffic, plan capacity, and improve reliability/performance.
Direct communications
Emails you send us and information you submit via forms (e.g., contact requests).
Respond to inquiries, provide support, and fulfill requested services.
Applications (when you apply)
Name, contact details, résumé/attachments, and notes you share.
Evaluate candidates and coordinate interviews.
Security logs
IP address, timestamps, requested paths, and error diagnostics. Used only for abuse prevention and to maintain service integrity.
Detect fraud/abuse, debug issues, keep the site safe.

We don’t

  • Sell personal information or share it with data brokers.
  • Run behavioral ads, third-party ad pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Infer sensitive attributes (like health, race, religion) from visits.

Security at a glance

  • Encryption where supported by our infrastructure.
  • Role-based access, least-privilege, and administrative MFA on supported systems.
  • Routine patching and monitored error logs for abuse/fault detection.
Processors. We rely on a small set of service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email, network edge/CDN) under contracts that limit their use of data to the services we request. We do not allow them to sell your data. Contact us for the current list.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and customers in the United States. We do not currently offer services to, or intentionally collect data from, individuals located outside the U.S.

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond and manage service records, then securely delete them.

Children’s privacy. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices & requests

  • Ask for a copy of information you’ve sent us (e.g., forms, applications) or request deletion when feasible.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails; you’ll still get messages needed to fulfill a request.

  2. Details to help us locate the record (e.g., approximate date, form, and email used), and
  3. Proof you’re the owner of the email/account in question.
