Wellington Water Meter Replacement Project

NECO is pleased to have been selected as the installation contractor for the Wellington Water Meter Replacement Project.

During the installation, you will receive a new water meter with an attached radio transmitter unit that will send readings directly to the Water Billing office. This project will result in an improved level of customer service through more accurate and consistent billing.

You will get a letter from NECO asking you to set up an appointment. When you receive it, please schedule your appointment by scanning the QR code, calling us at 800-624-6975, or clicking the link below to schedule online.

Installation should take between 30-60 minutes.  The existing meter will be photographed, removed and replaced with a new model.  Look for our vehicles with the NECO Field Division logo. Be sure that the installer has a badge that identifies them as a NECO employee. If you have any questions, please call us!
